Ed Tseng is a keynote speaker, author, and performance consultant who helps athletes, leaders, students, and organizations unlock their natural ability to perform at their best.
His work focuses on a powerful insight that changes everything about performance:
Peak performance doesn’t come from forcing confidence, motivation, or focus.
It emerges naturally when we understand how the mind actually works.
Through speaking engagements, workshops, and consulting, Ed helps people discover the inside-out nature of performance, where clarity replaces pressure and results improve without the constant struggle to “fix” the mind.
Ed is the author of UNEARTHED: The Source Behind Elite Performance, a book that explores the invisible source behind confidence, focus, and flow.
Rather than teaching mental strategies or techniques, the book helps readers see how their best performance naturally emerges when the mind settles and clarity returns.
Ed has shared his message with athletes, coaches, business leaders, and students around the world.
His clients and audiences have included organizations such as TEDx, Princeton University, Special Olympics, Disney, Whole Foods Market, the USTA, and many schools, teams, and companies.
Through engaging stories, demonstrations, and insights, Ed helps audiences see performance in an entirely new way.
Ed also founded the Tseng Legacy Foundation with his children Ava and Max.
The foundation focuses on helping individuals and organizations in need through initiatives such as 26 for 26, 24 for 24, and 19 for 19, while also placing copies of UNEARTHED into the hands of students and others who may benefit from its message.
The goal is simple:
Create meaningful impact through generosity, community, and powerful ideas.
Ed lives in New Jersey with his two children, Ava and Max.
When he’s not speaking, writing, or working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, supporting community initiatives, and continuing to explore the principles behind clarity, performance, and human potential.
