MESSAGE #1528 HOW TO BE A GREAT COACH, PARENT, OR ATHLETE

Want to know how to be a great coach, parent, or athlete?

Be like a GPS.

Let me explain.

What does a GPS do when you make a wrong turn? It recalculates, or adjusts.

A GPS doesn’t say, “What’s wrong with you?” or “You’re a terrible driver,” or punishes you.

If you want to be a successful coach, parent, or athlete, you should focus less on critiquing and focus more on making adjustments. No emotions.

That’s it.

Try it and let me know your results.
