I am thankful for…

my family
my friends
and puppy, Babe, too.

my house
my clothes
and lots of good food.

I am also thankful for…

my racquet
tennis balls
and even my shoes.

the cold
the wind
and whether I win or lose.

But I don’t understand…

people who are thankful
for food, family, and friends only today…

We should be thankful every day!
