Rest and recovery.

After you have a good workout at the gym, you need to rest those body parts so you can not only build muscle but be able to have energy for your next workout.

If you have stress at work, home or where ever, make sure you have rest and recovery time. If you work hard and under much stress, but don’t allow time for recovery, it will take its toll and your productivity will actually decline. Take some time off during your day and certainly take a vacation and you will find that when you get back you will be energized and be able to get more done. Try it. You’ll like it.
